Human Resources Generalist
Samantha Boston is a Human Resource Generalist at Lake Street Advisors, responsible for administration of HR, benefits, recruiting, and payroll systems, as well as employee onboarding and training program coordination.
Prior to joining Lake Street, Sam was a Program Administrative Coordinator at the University of New Hampshire, working within the Interpersonal Violence Research Lab overseeing operations, budgets, and handling grant-related tasks.
Sam attended Southern New Hampshire University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in organizational leadership. She holds a Human Resource Certificate and is a Public Notary and lives on the Seacoast with her husband, daughter, and dog. They enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, and landscaping.
