Bookkeeper
Liz Ramsay is a bookkeeper for Lake Street Advisors, joining the bill pay team in 2021. She is responsible for processing on-line bill payments and generating spending reports for clients.
Prior to joining Lake Street, Liz worked for a CPA firm in Exeter, NH processing client books in QuickBooks, completing reconciliations, and financial reporting. She also prepared client books for year end and assisted with data entry for tax season.
Liz grew up in South Africa, she moved to Perth, Australia in 2010, and then relocated to Connecticut, USA in 2017. She moved to New Hampshire in July 2020 and plans on staying permanently! Liz earned a business degree in South Africa, followed by a degree in management accounting through Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), based in London, UK.
Liz enjoys giving back to the community, she volunteers at her local food pantry once a month and assists with assembling food packages for Thanksgiving and Christmas. She and her husband Peter have two daughters and their dog they brought with them from Australia. Liz is passionate about exercise, she loves to run and do yoga. She and her husband enjoy walking/hiking in the fall and winter, and canoeing in summer.
