Chief Talent Officer
As Chief Talent Officer at Lake Street Advisors, Bev Daly leads the firm’s talent strategy and initiatives related to recruiting, professional development, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
Bev joined Lake Street in 2016 with extensive multi-national Human Resources leadership experience at FinancialForce.com and Unit4, after beginning her career at Exxon Research & Engineering and Booz Allen Hamilton.
Bev grew up in New Jersey and graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and holds SHRM Senior Certified Human Resources Professional and Workplace Mental Health Ally Certificates. She lives in the New Hampshire Lakes Region and enjoys spending time outside of the office with her family, near the water, and with her pup, Rocky.
Bev is a member of the Board of Advisors for Stay Work Play New Hampshire and has been involved with her local youth soccer association as a board member and coach, as a Brownie leader for Girl Scouts in her community, and volunteers for local school and non-profit programs.
